Somewhere at the edge
The tragedy of modern times is the prevailing belief that "all these people cannot be wrong", because "mass choice magically ennobles the selected item" (Bauman 2006), and the sense lies in mass circulation, top rankings, and indicators. It is worth remembering that in the era of liquid modernity, there is no ultimate truth, necessary meaning, or eternal harmony. As Bauman wrote - values are values as long as they are suitable for immediate consumption.
Searching for the truth
In our age, then, unfortunately, there is this belief that leads us into the abyss of an undeniable truth that simply does not exist. You can draw knowledge from many sources and only then find the truth as such somewhere in the middle.
